BonusLink redemption services
I have been a BonusLink member for quite a while now and I always never pay attention to the points summary statement they send every time. In the statement, they will usually state the number of points accumulated in that month as well as the number of points which will be expiring in the current and coming months.
Then, in the latest statement, I noticed that I have like 200+ points expiring and so I went in search for the item that I would like to redeem. I was looking at some toys for my little girl and wanted something soft and washable since she was still biting most things.
In the end I found the above – Simple Dimple Zoo Play Set – for 5,500 points, including postage etc. I had gone to their website to redeem on Friday and I got it through the mail on Tuesday! Isn’t that great? I think their delivery service is one of the fastest I have experienced so far. Even some of the foreign banks’ redemption services could not beat them!
Although the point accumulation of BonusLink is not that great for me, the redemption experience has been good. Because of this, I would make a note to more actively use this card whenever I have the opportunity … and I would nag my hubby to use it more often too, because the supplementary card’s points count too!
