Burger King’s Choc Fudge Sundae – Thumbs down!
I love Fridays. I always look forward to it as a day where I reward myself with something sweet, something sinful. I usually get an ice-cream, or an ice blended coffee, or a slice of cake.
Last Friday, I decided on a sundae. Seeing that McDonald’s was packed, I went to Burger King’s at KLCC. The above was shown on the board. It was their offering under BK Desserts. And I was like – “Wow, I will get that!” After placing my order with some sour looking lady, the below came to me.
I stared at it at disbelief. Some other people behind me were laughing – not sure if it was because of the sundae or because I was dumb enough to buy this item from Burger King. Either way, it was not a very pleasant feeling. I asked the lady at the counter to re-do it since it was only half filled. She obliged and it was the same!!!
This was the first time I tasted it, and I am pretty sure I will not go back again. Not only did it not taste good, it also did not look good.
Selling for RM2.95 ex. 5% government tax, it is not at all worth the price.
