When I first saw this store, I was wondering if they were any good. It is because of how it looked on the outside compared to what we are normally accustomed to e.g. Mothercare, The First Few Years etc.

However, I was told that it does have many good things and its prices are pretty reasonable too. True enough when I venture in, I came out with several hundreds short.

I bought quite a bit of my kid’s stuff from there – baby cot, mattress, the Bumbo seat, bath tub, stroller, toys, clothes, breast pads and the list goes on and on.

I find that the prices are reasonable and I also managed to get some Fisher Price toys for about 20% cheaper than what I would have to pay at Toys r Us! And it also has a selection of toys which I used to play with when I was a kid – those army soldiers, masak masak sets (not the fancy ones Fisher Price has though), the toy piano etc. Granted, these are not the branded type and so, would be relatively cheaper too.

Tomorrow, they will be starting their annual grand sale and I will be going there to see what I can get for great bargains. Apparently things are going for 28% off since they are 28 years old. I am thinking that by the time they hit 50, my kids would be of legal age already, darn.

But I think 28% is better than nothing. Only challenge is how am I going to get a 4 year old and a almost 4 month old in and out without and cries and whines??

Babyland is located in SS2, PJ and in Summit, Subang. Opening hours are from 10am to 10pm. I have not been to the one in Summit but the one in SS2 has parking issues. Park at the open car park directly opposite the store, think it is like RM2 per hour or something like that.
