Vegie Lover @ Pizza Hut Genting
Last week, hubby and I went to Genting for a drive. After wandering a while, we decided to eat at Pizza Hut. Being vegetarians, we have pretty much just one choice of pizza – Vegie Lover. We do not mind it as it usually tastes quite good, especially if you have fresh capsicum and pineapples.
The menu says that this is what Vegie Lover is made up of – For all veggie lovers, a potpourri of capsicum, onion, pineapple, tomato and button mushroom. Don’t you just love that? So fresh, so crisp.
However, when it arrived, it was a very disappointing sight. Firstly, there were no capsicums, and then, the whole pizza looked really “drained”, like it had been through a lot in order to get to our table. What’s more, there were no capsicums!! Instead of the nice green and crunchy vegie, I got sour and pale green pickles!!
Arghh!! Mum taught me that we should not waste food, so we had to swallow it down with Pepsi. When I asked them about the substitute, the waiters there told me that they had run out of capsicum and so substituted it with this pale green thing which tasted horrible.
Worst is they did not inform us first and then did not apologise for it when we complained about it. And they also made us pay for some horrible tasting pickles.
Another thing we observed was that the tables here are directly below the indoor train. So, every time the train rumble by, we have to close our food in case bits of dust fall in to our food, or if some bits of rubbish is flung our way!

Like very suffering to finish the pizza lol… sometimes it’s kinda funny that we have to suffer in order to finish something that we like to eat.
